The company is engaged in the manufacture and trade of man-made fibers. Its business was incorporated in December of 1990. The company has a registered business office based in Adzaneta de Albaida, Spain. The company specializes in the production of agricultural mesh, also called Agrotextiles and mostly made of raw, high density, low pressure polyethylene in the form of tape or fiber yarn, which are used for covering soil, protecting against hailstones, insects, the rain, the sun and the wind. The company is also involved in the preparation and spinning of textile fibers such as sewing threads, as well as cotton-, wollen-, flax- and worsted-type fibers.
